It’s all happening too fast, so soon. 

Is it really already almost the end of August!?

Tonight [last night], a few hours ago, I had just received a text about the Music Ministry Training… it’s scheduled to be THIS Thursday. THIS week! I’m so excited to be a part of this… to meet new people who lead worship and who are strong in faith. This is something different for me because I’ve been a part of a small church for so long and don’t get me wrong, I have a lot of good things to say about small churches and I actually prefer small churches as opposed to larger ones. The point is… I got comfortable and I was not surrounded by people who encouraged me in my faith in Christ. I knew I wanted to get out but I didn’t know how that was going to happen and I had no idea the Philippines was a part of that. I didn’t know I was going to involve myself in church. But because this is a 5 minute bus ride away and there is a great number of youths there, I couldn’t keep myself away. I wanted to connect myself. I want to grow more in Christ and it’s impossible to do that… or rather, it’s difficult to grow in Christ without church, you know?
