25 Days of Gratitude

#10
I miss you so much and will miss you even more when I come home for Christmas to find that you are not there on Sunday... Anyways, I'm not writing this post to say that. Has it really been about 5 years that I've known you!? You most definitely deserve a "thank you"

Thank you for sharing your wisdom and your great passion for one of the toughest subjects I've had in high school, and right now, I'm finding Biochemistry to be harder than Physics. You were always that one friendly face that I appreciate seeing on Sunday mornings, like I knew you were really genuinely happy to see me. God used you to reach out to your friends in high school and that's something admirable. I will never forget the time when your dad mentioned about you inviting your friends to your house for bible study. You are such a bright light! And you have this different kind of joy that I always see in you... I can't even remember a day when you were ever sad!

I thank God for placing you in my life. You know, we're not that much different, you and I. Obviously we are different people, but one thing that we both have in common and the one thing that will never change is...

no matter where we are in our lives, we will remain in God. I hope somehow you come home for Christmas!

Thank you, Adam, for being the great friend that you are.
I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
