Happy Resurrection Day!

Salvation is such a wonderful gift you can ever receive. We are saved through Jesus Christ who chose to die for us. He died for our sins... He paid the price that we should have paid. Isn't that a wonderful thing? We can now walk confidently knowing that we do not owe God anything because our debt has been paid. We do not need to make up for all the sins we have done or will do in the future because it has already been done for us! Now that, my friends, is what we call Amazing Grace.

God could have just not sent His Son, Jesus, to die for us. He didn't have to. But He did because He loves us. This is real love. The love that is everlasting and that will never fail us.

This whole weekend I did not go out at all. Initially, I was sad and felt a little lonely. On the upside, I had some time to myself to really relax and unwind. Not going out means not spending money, right? I didn't allow the enemy to attack me... I still thank God and count the many blessings that the Lord has showered upon me.  Not to sound cheesy but the Lord was with me so I didn't feel lonely as I probably would if He wasn't present in my life.
