Matthew 25:34-40

We don't merely love Jesus and our neighbor, but we love Jesus by loving our neighbor. --Mike Wittmer
(from my ODJ devotional book)

God, I thank you so much for Your love that lives within me. I thank You for that awesome privilege to share with other believers and nonbelievers alike about what You have done in my life. It's a little scary and difficult to talk about you to others that don't really know You but You somehow use me to say things in a different way. Your will is truly better than all my plans that I have made for myself. Lord, I ask that I may be aligned with Your will and what You would like for me in my life. I look to You rather than acceptance from men because I will always always fail man here on earth. You know what I have accomplished... blessings are even poured forth during the toughest times. I shall give thanks and praises during my toughest, brief times. I know who I am in You, Lord. Help me to not forget that.

God works all things for my good.
I'll keep in mind
that it will strengthen me and once I look back on it,
I'll say to myself,
"that wasn't so bad... why was I complaining about it?"
