Favorite Moments

yesterday was intense.

I had fun with my girls and I'd honestly have it no other way. it was such a blessing and an adventure to be with them. And we finally had our picnic after the longest time. Chicken, potato wedges, and mashed potato con gravy... oh and the biscuit. So the funny thing was before we set up the blanket and food, we noticed our spot wasn't the same anymore. The put a freakin score board at the bottom of the hill where we used to roll down. And we didn't want to sit at that spot and stare at the back of the score board. I never knew how beautiful that park was in all my years of going to that park. The sun shining was just perfect because for awhile it was pretty warm... perfect kfc picnic weather. praise God. And before we ate and conquered the wonderful meal, I asked that we pray and I said, "So who wants to pray?" they both answered, "you.." haha we were laughing and I couldn't start praying because apparently asking that question and the way I said it was funny. But i didn't mind.

My first Drive-in Theater experience
Oh my, I'll never forget this. So after the fact that we almost got lost (we weren't driving my fj cruiser that had a gps), we found vineland/vinland (however it's pronounced we'll never know haha) and just across the street me, amy and natalie got out of the car and stuffed ourselves in the trunk. The reason why we had to do it was that it costs more if there was more people in the car. I believe the second person is free so it costs $7/$8. It was very interesting because I've never been stuffed in the trunk of a bmw, let alone stuck with 2 other girls who are more or less my size. It got a little uncomfortable and it got a little warm in there. I was like, "we need air!"

But this was not the reason why yesterday was intense.

My heart was racing and my mind was running. You really caught me by surprise. But I'm glad you did what you did. I think it was very much needed. I was nervous but at the same time I got a little excited which explains my racing heart... and I couldn't believe what was happening. And I wonder, what made you want to ask in the middle of the night?
