My Parents' Anniversary Present part 1

it wasn't from me unfortunately :/ i didn't know i could buy a gift for my parents' anniversary! lol. oh well. next year!

so basically the jones from my church gave them a bean with (what i thought was) beads. I thought it would be a little fun project to do and it's really different than other bean i've seen. Instead of putting the bead in the dirt ground, you use them beads! I was a little confused when I first read the directions.

this was after a few minutes. do you see them getting bigger?

I was soooo amazed. I was staring into it for 15 minutes.

and then it rose.

after 7 hours I poured the water out.

don't they look like colored tapioca pearls?! haha they even felt like boba! no i didn't eat it.

my mother transferred it into that fish bowl the next day.

but i transferred it into this water pitcher because i wanted them to be in something similar to a vase (all the vases I have are too big)
