Man, coming home late is becoming a drag.
Musical rehearsal this week goes from 3 to 7. Thank God I'm not that lazy to do my homework so I'm still productive. I remember at my old school Southlands I would be sleeping and messing around during play rehearsals. not get anything done and it affected my grades a bit. I'm doing a little better but I'm still not done with my homework. - -x great. i just have to stay up later. I can deal with that. no problem. It's really a whole new world for me when I'm in a musical with a lot of the drama kids who are in their own little clique. i feel like i don't belong. i'm meant to be a choir nerd. in choir, i feel so comfortable with the atmosphere and everyone in it. where in the theater it's different for me. now i know how new people in choir feel. at least there are a few choir kids in the sound of music but they're all from chamber except lauren. but i'm glad to be a part of this experience. i wouldn't want to leave high school regretting that i never was in any musical production. praise God. i had to sacrifice my time and energy to this. being in this musical was a big reason why I wasn't going to swing practice. i really think it's worth it to be honest. I had already had that opportunity last year and i think it's ok not to do it this year. haha i wouldn't have to worry about nailing all those stunts. and amy had to be the guy last year and now she's like the star of the show. so it's a good trade off. i'm happy for her. although she was a little upset with me not coming to a lot of the practices which resulted me being in the 3rd group. and in that group there's nothing going on - -x ugh. ok. whatever. BUT that gives me the time to take lots and lots of pictures... and maybe attempt to bring my camera on the gym floor since i'm not even dancing half the number. we'll see...

guess who these 2 lovely ladies are? well the taller and oldest one is my dear mother:] and next to her is my aunt jackie. man, do they look more chinese than filipino or what! this picture was taken around the late 60s to 70s(?) kind of looks 70s to me because my mom was born in the early 60s. I really want to get my scanner up and running so i can put up some more old photos.
