Robertson if you're reading this you're part of the reason why it was long. i was such a loner today:((( why are you in anatomy you jerk! yeah just kidding (not kidding about the jerk part) haha ok just kidding again. I was like waiting for you outside your math class and your friend charlene told me you were on the field trip. boo:((( so yeah all by my lonesome self. sucha loner.
anyways, my hair wasn't cooperating today because it wasn't as curly as yesterday. so no shirley temple curls! I felt bad for ditching amy during lunch. I was meeting my friend to help her with her hair and turns out she didn't need to and for some reason I wanted to stay even though I had no business being in the choir room and in comes tim and amy. I'm a horrible friend. I felt really bad having her leave with tim. so after school really wasn't the end of my day. it was only half of my day. from lunch to 6th kind of curled my hair a bit more (not during 5th)(we practiced some more during 5th - -x) then me and like 5 other girls carried boxes to the student lot near the bus. i'm so weak seriously i'm out of shape. GAH! when will it be the day when I start working out again!? I gained like 20 lbs since I lost weight! it's getting really bad to the point where I don't fit well into my good jeans. I think i'm overweight for my height. like i've said before, i wish losing weight was just as easy as gaining it. so left the school around 3ish. bus buddy with kristen. sorry liana:(( she seemed sad but hey i sat by myself last time twice. traffic wasn't bad.

it wasn't raining compared to last year. we were able to have our warm up time when we arrived because the group that was supposed to come for their time never came. then we ate at fricken carl's jr. with a fricken huge butt line. we only had 10 min. to eat our food. but hey, we managed to finish... well we ate while we walked to our bus. changed and had make-up time. "go behind the bus to put on your sash! or else you'll ruin the illusion!" haha good thinking girls. so we were 2nd to perform. eh i wanted to see esperanza (they were first) but we had to go to the warm up room/choir room to vocalize and sing our confidence song:] so there were 5 choirs including us in our women's division and like 7 choirs in the mixed division. and when i say mixed i mean boys! haha yes i was boy scouting... scouting for boys that is! and i found one! haha im terrible. you know the guys in the mixed division kind of outshine the girls. my entire focus was on the guys:] they were better dancers and sound better. my favorite choir in the mixed division was the one that had like a broadway thing going on. they were a production show choir where there's kinda sorta more acting/dramatizing/musical-singing than dancing. it was really really good. they deserved to win 1st place. i forgot the name of the school. but yeah they're amazing like heck. so diamond bar diamondtones were there (but weren't in our division) and i thought they would be really good like marquis (or was it solitaire?) last year but boy were they bad. i have to be honest, there were A LOT of them and you'd think they would sing loud. it was very breathy and weak on the first and last song. and there were more than how many there are in our choir. they have like 50 something. there're so many of them. on the upside, they can dance. i say they dance better than us because it's more syncronized and sharp. it looks like they spent more time on dancing than the singing. they also had the dress we were choosing to wear. thank heavens. it was a shame they didn't place. well speaking of place, drumroll please, we won 2nd! :DDDD yeah, that's right. we would've won 1st if it wasn't for esparanza. seriously they belong in the advanced division rather than intermediate. they're too good. i mean they look BORED receiving 1st place because they already know it's them! there's no challenge and it really doesn't make them winners if they keep winning first in the intermediate division. i think they're good enough to be in the advanced division if you've seen them. i mean you'd agree that they don't belong. BUT other than that i'm very much proud of our performance. we went from 4th to 2nd. that's progress. hopefully we can keep it up and keep placing (maybe another 2nd?)(good news: no esparanza!)(bad news: there's eastlake)

i'm going to start vocal lessons again !
but not with ms. louie unfortunately because I need a vocal coach to help me with an audition next month for APU. wish me luck! GAH i have to email that lady to schedule that day for my audition.
